In this interesting study, the authors explore women and their role in the US Judiciary, with a major focus on SCOTUS. How were women treated in a profession that was run and populated by men? Who rose to make it into the discussion of nominee to the major courts and who was shortlisted (on a list but never chosen)? The authors develop some great arguments and use detailed research to tell a story of mass struggle.
