Hey Stephanie. It's a really good book. The book helps me to meditate on the Word of God, and comforts me as I get into prayer. It's a great book to use if you want to add certain verses to your prayer, while you're talking to God. The verses are already formed into personal prayers, so it's really easy to add to your own prayer. When you incorporate the Word of God into your prayer, your prayer becomes so much stronger. So I've been using it in that way.
The book is divided into different sections of ways to praise and thank God through prayer, and also aids me in prayer for different areas in my life. I read through each section and meditate on everything. Then whatever I find in the section that I want to add to my personal prayer, I use it while I'm talking to God. I am at the halfway point in the book, and I'm really looking forward to the next 4 sections.
