The only thing I'm not liking is how simple minded Pat is. The way he acts compared to why he is put in the hospital (or the bad place as he calls it, come on he's 30 something) don't match and it makes me wonder if Quick has ever known anyone with genuine mental disorders. Again I'm going off the movie as well so perhaps this will be explained later in the book
