While there are certain times where I'm struggling to get through the book (simply because there's a lot going on and it's a bit difficult to follow on audiobook sometimes), the book in general has been fascinating and wonderful. I'm excited to continue to get pulled into the world and eventually be running full sprint as I read the series.

I'm still really enjoying the book. There's obviously so much here to explore, and I'm excited that there's so much of the series left for me to read.

I'm really enjoying this book so far. It uses the cliche fantasy tropes in interesting and unique ways, building on the tried and true narrative arcs that have gone before to bring something new out of the well-worn ashes.

I decided I should read The Wheel of Time. I tried once, many years ago, and couldn't get into it. I think I have a lot more context now that is helping me enjoy it way more--last time I tried to read it I think I was in the middle of a deep hatred for fantasy cliches. I've mellowed out now. Can't wait to see where this series takes me. I already really like the characters, so that's a great sign.
