In the mans own words, his book has been met by silence from the scientific community. With this he implies the significance of his work. What it tells us, however, is that his work is not peer reviewed. In the hands of a lay man this book therefore is useless. Without extensive research on topics discussed the lay man can not judge the truthfulness of any single statement.

Maybe Sanford raises valid questions, but as I am not an evolutionary biologist that is all I glean from this work: questions, I don't have the resources to research. As of having read half of this book I cannot fathom how anyone could use this work to justify any stance other than frustration. That is to say, maybe the latter half proves me a fool, so far, however, I can only claim to be angered and utterly bored.

Now obviously as this is a book and not a research paper, what I mean with it being non peer reviewed, is that many of his most important claims are justified by non peer reviewed papers or random mathematical simulations (which of course can be useful, but are only correct if they reflect reality, therefore not valid as proof)
