Alright - Edward's monster is starting to get a little redundant. It is reminding me of Ana's goddess from FSOG. Now that I have made that comparison, it's irking me even more.

I couldn't agree more, Whitney! I've always identified with her too and I never saw her as a doormat or a victim. To me, there's a difference between being a doormat and feeling emotions.
