The start of the book feels a little rushed and the relationships established consequently feel like a façade to deceive the king, but as of yet I’m not sure how this will play out in the later chapters, so I’ll wait and see. Definitely an easier read than some of my other books and so far very enjoyable in the simpler writing style.
