ehhh imma pick this book back up again, maybe start it over, this is some hard shit for real

i don't want to read anymore, everyone around me is mentally retarded it only induces anger, i need a girlfriend and some rootbeer

sometimes i'm like "why do i even read, i'm not in school, it doesn't make me any money or get me laid, i'm so fucking stupid, do i even understand any of this shit, i've wasted my life, what the fuck am i doing," etc, and stop reading for a few days or in the case a week or so, but then remember that i'm completely alone and isolated and so continue to read as a coping mechanism

it's a slow read. this book takes time... i have "agreed not to be done with language and not to 'gain time'."
