Is this a good book, Grandma Helen?

I am on page 118 and desperately trying to cure my eczema that has plagued me for a year. The dermatologist says it is stress but gives me no medicine for it -just topical creams that do not work. The author, Joseph Murphy, was director of Divine Science Movement in Southern California and doctor of Religious Science of Bible Univ. of Ambur, India and a Fellow of the Andra Research Univ.
