Lauren is a lot stronger than I thought she would be. The racist kids that used to ask her for math help she stood up for herself and cursed them out finally. Laura finally told sean that she likes him and now there going to go to the dance now. Way to go Laura! Slant is an amazing book to show how she didn't care about her Asian race. I enjoyed it very much.
