Finally at chapter 12! "It/The Creature" is heartbreaking. I can't imagine the level of abuse and manipulation that Anunit had to have perpetrated against him. How sad. Tal and Ishtar have gone through so much because of her too. I know there is zero chance of revenge, but death just doesn't seem sufficient after 4,000 years of tormenting everyone.

Finally finished chapter 5! Life interfering in reading. I adore Benji! No one should disregard what he sees, says or hears, that boy is beyond special! Everyone is running around & out of the mouth of babes in the truth, the answer & absolute awesomeness. Lol Wouldn't it be crazy to see the world the way he does? Wow! I really don't like Anunit and she is only going to get worse, not looking forward to that.

Starr - Me too! Just read the Creature's interaction with a small person in Dark Obsession #9. 😊 Additionally, I know know who the true manipulator is and I am appalled. Can't wait to read the later books and see more Creature and other very intriguing characters. Lol
