I Love this book! Have used it as required reading for my AP Language and Composition class, where I argued that it could just as well be titled "How to Talk (And Write) About Sentences." It's a very accessible work of model analysis and is great at helping readers think about what's happening in a sentence. Also love the 12 "Now You Try" exercises. Was super-helpful to me my first year teaching AP Lang, and I keep coming back to it.
