Living and having grown up in Germany reading the book I can't help but remember the conversant I had so far about cultural and racial differences. What she writes about "whites" not knowing - describes exactly my thoughts. But I know so far I have been curious to learn about "the other". So I'm looking forward to what I will learn reading the book.
