I am so engrossed in this that I was nearly asleep before I realized that the sun was up. I read all night instead of sleeping. :x

I have been trying to get a copy of this book for what feels like ages now, blithely unaware that a friend of mine had it at home. I'm looking forward to the film adaptation, I find the anecdotal quality of the storytelling fascinating. It feels as though I am listening to someone tell a story or am looking through the narrator's eyes...and I've only just completed the first chapter.
