Jonah
is finished
Out of all the characters in the book, I would probably give advice to Harvey Swick. I would advise him to be careful and to not make the wrong move at the Holiday House. One small step in the wrong direction and you could end up in a world of peril. I would say that because Mr. Hood is a shadowy, dangerous man who will stop at nothing to keep you at his shady house.

Harvey Swick is stuck in a fantasy that gives him everything he can think of. Great food, experiences, and great times. But during his stay, Harvey is forced to follow some rules and regulations at the Holiday House. Some of these include to not attempt to leave the property, living there forever hopelessly, and to always enjoy the gifts and rewards.

The genre of my book is dark fantasy, as the events that occur throughout the book cannot happen in the real world. The idea of dark fantasy comes to mind because the book is full of mysterious and spooky occurrences that hint a dark aspect. A such character can be Rictus. As described in the book, he is a dark, shadowy figure who ruins Harvey’s life.

The symbolic archetype of my is light versus dark. The protagonist, Harvey Swick is bored out of his mind until suddenly he meets Rictus, the antagonist who proposes a world without homework, no coming of age, and no boring elements. As Rictus starts to hint at Harvey as a shadowy figure, Harvey becomes conscious that Rictus might not be a good guy at all. This all hints to light versus dark.
