A boy who is part of a bandit gang has just been killed by the Stung Meanchey (the dump) inhabitants. A little boy! However, the people of S.M. felt it was necessary since the Cambodian police force are reluctant to come visit the stinky dump. Hence, citizen justice is enacted. Sad, eh...
