Cassia cares about Ky. When Cassia was taking the test, she saw that many people have red hands from working. But the person that really stood out was Ky. In the book, Cassia thinking about Ky's future and debating whether or not she should put him in the good list or the bad list. After all the debating, Cassia put Ky in the good list.

I don't think that Ky is who he seems to be. Cassia always thought that Ky was a nice, sweet, and mysterious guy. In the book it says that Em gave Cassia's compact to Ky to give to her, but Cassia never received it from him. This shows that Ky might have been hiding something from Cassia.

Cassia was getting worried that Ky was her match but he wasn't. In the book a person that works with the matching came to Cassia and they spoke about how it was a mistake that Ky's face was on the screen. It might have been a "joke". This shows that Cassia was worrying for nothing because Ky is not her match but Xander was.
