I'm a bit annoyed that even knowing that Queenie's mother does all she can to tear her down, he doesn't do his damnedest to build her up and cut her off from his daughter's life. Yes, he's a safe place for her but he's not verbally communicating his support. I guess it doesn't help that she hides things and he can't help with what he doesn't know about.
