So far Katniss and Peeta just found out they are going back into the Hunger Games for the quarter quell. While that is happening, Katniss is trying to become friends with Gale again but she has no luck because they never have time to talk to each other. Then the new peacekeepers go to district 12 and they whip Gale for illegally hunting.
