Characterization:
He is smart. Whenever he gets a bad roll, he decides to stay home the whole day and not eat anything. This is because he’s scared that if he eats something he will be poisoned and going outside is a much bigger risk than staying inside. Also, when he gets a good roll, he goes out and buys lottery tickets. This is significant because with the the bone dice, he has to use them smartly, and he does.

Right now in one of the short stories: Bone Dice, a kid is shaking special dice to determine his luck. He just shook a 12, the best roll possible. Later, he trips over his shoelace, right before he crosses the street, but it turns out that the street he was about to cross results in a car accident, (right before his eyes) with the people who did cross the street dying.

I predict that he will go full-on stalker mode to try and get those last numbers. I also predict something else though, the dream specifically stated that the winning numbers would be on the body of his girlfriend. They broke up. She is not his girlfriend any more. I think that he won’t be able to get the winning numbers and he will go insane.
