I'm on my fourth story of the collection and loving it so far. One of the things I love about Beaulieu's writing is that the stories are never what you think they are. They always go in a wonderful, unexpected direction. In the title story, which I can only describe as magical, I had thought I had figured out the twist and was smugly reading the ending only to find there was still a surprise. Well played Beaulieu.
