This book is so tense. The author does a good job of it. Right now, Jack is acting just like Lenny. It's so creepy! It's like he's mirroring all of Lenny's negative qualities plus depression.

Jack, the main character's ex-lover's scary. He just showed up and started acting like a father-in-law. It makes me wonder what Alice is thinking when she says she liked him.

Alice is talking about herself and her personal life. It's really slow and not very interesting.
