Alyse invites Ty to her families Halloween party and when Ty gets there its more fun then he imagined. But the he gets this call from his friend that K-Ron, Ty's famous friend that is a rapper is busted for having coke in his trunk of his car.

In "Street Farm" by Allison Van Diepen Ty and basically the whole school was playing a game of Turkey Shoot and you have to shoot a basketball through the hoop. It was a competition and if you miss your eliminated. Ty won the whole thing and won two tickets to a Knicks game.

Ty is trying to see what kind of men they are and what kind of crew "Dark man" has. The author is using Dialogue to show us what kind of men from Miami are and if their crew are loyal to the leader.
