UBI is probably the only solution to this mess

you know, i thought this book might help me pick some strategies, but i think it's just made me into a nihilist

while depressing in the sense of "yup...this is a no-win system," it is good to know that feeling confused and conflicted about what I'm "supposed" to do to find work isn't due to something I'm doing wrong or not understanding. Even just understanding *why* a lot of this is a crapshoot is ...weirdly comforting?
