Hmm, so she finds out that the Duke who wants her wants her crazy as in insane. I will not say when or how she learns this but it is a dark place emotionally for her. Which is one thing I do not like about Rod's writing. He doesn't show his characters' emotional state until afterwards. She seems to pretty much think and feel the same always. But he is good as suspense and thinking up wild events.

Late with starting this one. This is third in a series so we know most of the characters. One comes from the first book and a new locksmith shows up for a while. But action traveling and of course things are not going well for the Main Character
