I know right? I'm loving the first book! Characters, plot, time period..love when that happens!
I'm getting so tired of mysteries that start out good, then take forever to get where it needs to go..as well as the romance elements. Nathaniel Crowe is so Bogart, Dragnet..and a romantic and so far the story/plot moves at a brisk pace.Don't need zzzzz right now in my books!
Dude, tell me about it. I'm extra hard to please right now, trying to mentally escape this Covid crap AND I'm so salty without my baseball fix! Lol. Books are practically running in terror when I dig out a new read.
