I stumbled across Fogel by way of a colleague. The guy's a real enigma, published nothing except in little magazines between something like 1971 and 2001. apparently he won a Gugg in the 1987 though. He teaches, but he's got an almost infrarealista irreverent humor. I'm somewhat enamored.
