I’m really happy now because things are starting to look up now that Bailey and Veronica fixed their friendship, although it’s unclear where they stand. I’m really enjoying this book and I’m kind of sad it’s close to the end.

Veronica finally finds Bailey, but not as she had hoped. I think it’s interesting how Bailey isn’t as upset as I thought she would be, but maybe it’s because she has something bigger to worry about with her father that abandoned her.

Now Veronica is desperately in search of Bailey and knows what she did wrong, but I’m curious to see how she plans on mending the “fractured pieces” of their friendship.

Now Veronica is finally realizing the type of person she is and who she surrounded herself with to make herself feel better she thinks nothings good of herself. She still has a mission at hand and her and Kevin are officially over because he thinks the abortion will mend the relationship and there is so much going on. It’s turning into a really great read.

So now things are getting intense but interesting Veronica and Bailey are in a heated argument and Bailey called Veronica a baby killer! Bailey feels Veronica was just taking advantage and that she never really accepted who Bailey was.

So they finally made it to Albuquerque and it’s a relief but I’m curious as to why Veronica seemed so determined to terminate the baby and when offered alcohol she denied as if it felt extremely wrong. I wonder if she may have second thoughts.

I feel like I’m missing the pill big picture of the entire trip because all I can think of is how long it’s been and how they need to get there already, but maybe it’s all about two worlds clashing.

I enjoy the way they describe the setting with such detail, it really gives me a good mental picture and i feels like I can put faces to characters with how they are described. But besides that Veronica and Bailey are just now trying to get away from this persuading her to not get an abortion.

I’m kind of in shock that Veronicas ex is still following her and that the woman who Bailey fell in love with at the diner was against abortion and set them up at her house for Kevin to come and try to talk her out of it once more.

I feel like there trip is kind of being dragged a little bit because nothing new is happening besides them just getting into more trouble and even danger. I hope they reach New Mexico soon so this long trip can be over
