No. Not that I know of. But then aren't your US bacon rashers that anyway?Our rashers have the big eye in it and our preference is to buy the eye pieces without the tail.

Which is pretty much straight bacon fat. If I put that bacon in the second image on bread, that would give you a bacon fat sandwich. :)
Yeah, that seems accurate. I actually am not a big bacon person so I'm sure you could find someone with more bacon expertise but that certainly looks like Yank bacon.
