This book has honestly been one of the most interesting books I've ever read. The plot is so interesting and makes you want to keep reading and reading! The main character, Susie Salmon, a fourteen-year-old girl, is murdered by her next-door neighbor in Pennsylvania. In the book, she tells the story of her family's reaction and disintegration after her own murder.

I really am pleasantly surprised by this book. Usually, I don't like books that involve too much sorrow and death, but this story is so interesting! Just to think that one day, you could leave for school in the morning but may never go back home again is the scariest thing in the world. This happened to Susie, and now she watches her family, friends, crush, and killer in ways she never could've if she was still alive
