The Murders in the Rue Morgue.
I had heard of this story in passing but had never read it. It was a great story and i enjoyed reading it, it may have been some knowledge of the story before hand, but i started to predict the identity of the murderer before Dupin had shown the evidence. Awesome story.

The Devil in the Belfry. God grief, the puns are so corny.
I would like to point out the pork and sauerkraut is a german dish, not a dutch dish. An easy mistake if his reference point is Pennsylvania Dutch, who were actually German. Many of whom wrote as their country of origin, when they emigrated to the US in 17th century, as Deutschland (mistaken to be Dutchland instead of Germany).

Tale of the Ragged Mountains. This was a great short story and reminded me of the Lovecraft tales I love to read. I man who experiences a past life and suffers after the event.

How many more stories about wives dying after a couple years of marriage? All from a wasting disease.

Berenice: skipped the last half of this because it was just waxing poetic about misery and cousins getting married.

The Tell-Tale Heart.
Lesson of the story, don’t chat with the police while sitting above the body of the man you just killed. Big no-no.

William Wilson. This was a great story, although I did predict the outcome, though not exactly. I figured out his nemesis quickly, but kept reading to find out how it would end.
Now for The Tell-Tale Heart.
