The Pirate Ghost (Formerly known as the Curmudgeon)
The Pirate Ghost (Formerly known as the Curmudgeon) is finished
Okay, good read. It'll be around 4 stars from me. Review pending. I liked this read a lot. Jack and Darlene made a likable couple. Good supporting characters and a shifty smart, sneaky villain. It's more Police Procedural or Crime story than something like a Sigma force Novel, but that's just a category. The writing was smooth and the plot made sense. Polished writing from Author Larry Seeley.

OOOhh.. Jack's Busted! (It's a good thing there are people around to shoot other than him. Darlene has a shotgun!)

The plot thickens. I like a good mystery!

I also like experincing the characters through their thoughts and emotions in the moment. Multiple points of view used well, and all past tense which is also appealing to me. The answer to the mystery or the "Who dun it?" seems obvious... so, naturally I don't trust it. :)

Fun read so far.

Still reading this. It's a wonderfully smooth read. I'm sorting out the plot now. Not enough info to figure things out but I think I know one thing... and ... even some pretty cool beatin' da man down stuff. I'm certainly enjoying the story so far.

Glad I started this book. I'll get more of it when I'm done mowing. "I fought the lawn and the lawn won. I fought the lawn and the, lawn won."
