Wow. This book went from eerie and strange to blatantly sadistic in a span of a few pages. I think I've read enough for now. I have no idea what's left in the last 55 pages. Don't know how it can get any worse, but it must.

Nice! I want to read more Ryu Murakami. His stuff is weird! I only made it a little more than halfway through Coin Locker Babies. It was good... but I got distracted and was unable to complete it. If I want to finish it I'd have to read the whole book again, since it's been such a long time.
