does not get there in time there is no point of passing it. In real life it means that if you are nice to someone at a certain time that means that every time (you throw the pass) meaning every time you see someone you also have to be nice at them too and not late or early but right on time. I predict that maybe Jeffrey will (throw a mistimed pass) and loose everything that he has in the book because of one mistake.
