The book is overall fairly entertaining so far, but I’m am not getting very excited by it. I find the characters, especially the main character difficult to relate or empathize with. The book makes biting and important commentary about our world, but it often times lacks subtly.

There are clearly creepy and unsettling themes throughout the book. I feel aware of how much control the companies in this world (and possibly our own have. It can sometimes tend to a be a bit basic at time but is overall enjoyable.

This book is so far entertaining and has a very eerie and creepy feel to it. Honestly, I do sometimes have a difficult time relating to some the the characters including the main character. I have enjoyed this book overall and the author clearly has a lot to say in regards to privacy concerns.

I was given it as a gift this Christmas by sister. I don't think it is something i would necessarily pick out as my first choice but i think it will still be enjoyable. In this story your entire i identity is shared through a program called TruYou. It already lays on ideas of surveillance and loss of privacy early in the story.
it gives the feel that her company is encroaching further and further into her identity
