This book is amazing, & I’m only on ch.3.
In ch.1, Heiser bites the different members in the “Divine Council”: 1. Spirits. 2. Heavenly Ones. 3. Stars. 4. Holy Ones. & 5. gods/divine beings.
He also shows the functions of these beings.
1. Messengers (angels) 2. Ministers. 3. Watchers. 4. Host. 5. Mediator. 6. Cherubim/Seraphim (these aren’t angels, seeing as they’re never referred to as mal’āk.
