"We must take from the foreigners what is good and leave behind what is evil" (Yang 137). I agree with this quote because it is very important for a person to be able to judge what is good and what is bad and whether they should follow it or not.

"Ah! Cured by laughter! Happens often than you think!" (Yang 26). I agree with this quote because I do really agree that laughter can be considered as one of the best medicine.

"He knew his place in the world and accepted it. That night I resolved to do the same. And that was how I embraced my devil-self" (Yang 12,13) . I chose this quote because it shows how hard four-girl is trying to gain acceptance from her grandfather but, she never does so, she tries to do the other way around instead which lead her to a bad path.
