"The Bonnets" was everything. Silverman really delivered on both of her mini plays in this collection.

I'm halfway into "Wondrous Strange." The last mini play I read, "Ghost Bros," is my favorite of the ones so far. I was getting serious no homo vibes until Brendan made a move.

Of course Sarah Ruhl wrote the best play in this anthology. What did she do? That.

Now all that's left is "Wondrous Strange."

Despite being cut from my Playwriting class due to COVID, I'm still reading Ruhl's play, and so far, so good!

I read "Cardboard Piano" for my class tomorrow. I enjoyed the parallels Jung made in the two parts and liked the questions she raised. I wasn't a big fan of one event in the play, though.

I just finished "Residence" for my class on Thursday. Although I was confused by the start, it did build to a great climax and ended very well.

I'm bouncing around this collection for the next few months in my Playwriting 1 class, so I'll be marking the pages I'm on for the plays I have to read next. Tonight, I read the three ten minute plays and liked all of them, although I was confused by "Coffee Break"'s structure and what the two unnamed characters were doing there.
