I search my unconsciousness/
For whatever shaped my existence /
In the depths of my mind and soul /
Or the ground /
For a belief in god /
Or a metaphysical force /
I don't find anything at all.

In the depths of darkness /
On the verge of losing all hope /
One still maintains a little glimmer of hope /
Deep down inside /
A tiny light /
About the size of a speck /
Like a distant star /
Is spotted on the horizon this dark night.
