Currently, the main character is really making me feel for him by the way in which is dad feels about him. It is also reminding me about the fact that a lot of kids have to work and prove to their parents that they are worthy and good enough. The main character in the book is having to prove to his dad that he is just as good or if not better than him at flying kites just like his dad was.
