In my book Sammy Keyes and the Sisters of Mercy, by Van Draanen, the main important text/quote was about how Sammy Keyes is doing in school, and that there still trying to find the necklace/ cross that Father Mayhew is missing...
They did put up security cammera's...

Last night, I read a chapter about, Father Mayhew thinking if he should put something up to prevent who is taking is things.
So I predicted that he will either put a big trap up or put a lot of security camera's all over the house.

If I were, in the story, I would have handled the story differently by, not trying to look all over the building and searching all over the neighborhood, for something really little. I would just put up a couple of signs, and stick them everywhere, so people can search for it.

Sammy Keyes is trying to find the 3- combination code to this lock to open up a secret code, in order to find Father Mayhew's cross. Father Mayhew thinks that someone stole it, that lives somewhere around the church.
