This is a good reference book for anyone but especially young adults . Every young adult should read and digest this book because there will be a time later in life were you wished you had the mindset to evaluate relationships in this manner and challenge of really knowing yourself first . And last but not least just waiting instead of giving yourself away relationship after relationship it's unhealthy and I'm glad I'm reading this book because I've felt this way I just never wrote a book about it.
