This man earns a living as a writer? Are you serious? Is he a blogger? Because this book reads like a long winded and condescending essay about how he knows better than everybody else.

Just as I was thinking the author was having an actual moment of sense (the debt situation is scary, especially now in COVID quarantine), he rolls out this gem: get rid of all your debt.
Sell your car, your house, your life (nevermind if you need those things to keep a job that keeps money coming in, or if you don't own them and have to rent), and pay off all your debt. This will not work.

I was interested in this book because of its alleged practical applications and great reviews. So far it reads like a long winded essay and the tips they're throwing out are mostly common sense (like you don't need a walk-in freezer) but then there are other things like flying to a country where boats are cheap to buy one. And sexist comments like usually men want to buy boats and the woman wants a nice guest room.
