Buddy was put to sleep and was reborn as a new puppy. She doesnt look like her mother. No one wants to adopt her. Clariy, Gloria's daughter, came to see the dogs. She wanted her, but her brother wanted another dog and wouldn't let Clarity have her.

Gloria, Hannah's friend, thought Buddy, the dog, pushed her daughter, Charity, into the water. She locked Buddy in the cellar. Hannah didn't know becasue she was gone.
