The beginning includes some explanations of fundamental symptoms of ADHD and illustrates cases of folx living with ADHD, who shared their stories later in therapy sessions. It’s interesting to see the wide range of successes and failures people with ADHD have experienced: some getting good grades and managing their symptoms to lead fulfilling lives, others floundering and self-medicating before getting a diagnosis.
