Towards the end of the book it explains more and more of what happened and what is going on with the people that were in his life before juan died. it shows how fabi went through hard ship and it explains how she got back up on her feet so she could start off a new school year.

in these few pages fabi shares how after going to the doctor and she finds out that her baby had passed away while she was pregant in the first two week. Then later she shared how she wanted to go back to school

In these few pages he shares how fabi went to the doctor and he told her that her problem is some what cured and that if she ever wanted to have a child in the near future she could but they'll be a possiblity that she can't. Also he explains when and how he shared with his family that he was joining the air force

After juans death JD was sending letters to fabi saying that after everything happened he joined a boot camp because he didn't know what to do with his life after that. He also explains how after the whole problem happened he took a dog tag from juan just to keep a reminder of him. Also ever since then he hasnt spoken to his family or his friends.

During these few pages it talks about how they were still in the road to go to the jail center to go see who they thought was JD's father. But then somthing unexpected happened. So gangster was following them and then life flashed before their eyes. Juan got shot and all hell broke loose

JD and his friend were on their way to meet jds father. But they end up getting caught by his old pops. Then he starts to realize that he have him a sence of home. He later starts to wonder if this is what it felt like to actually feel home .

Juan and JD was on the road to go visit what they thought was JD's father that turned out that it wasn't his father. But he didn't know that so they ran off with out telling any one that they were on there way. Of course they did have trouble along thet way but they always seem to find a way to get away from any problem that may come their way.

In the pages it explains how JD is on the road with his friends, and once they are on the road they find themselves at the same place where cutglass was at. Cutglass wanted the computer that JD had. As they were at a stopped light cutglass wanted to steal or scared them.

So after all that has happened with Juanito going to see what he thought was his dad turned out not how he had expected. Once he got back his mom started to feel bad that she had never really brought up the fast of who was his really father while he was still growing up.

In the couple of pages juan and JD are driving to jail to go interview this man that is supposely is his father. But what he doesn't know is that his isn't his real father had passed away a long time ago, so his mother finds out that he's on his way to go see his ''father" so he tries to stop him and calling him and texting him but still no answer
