Miles and Chip finally feel content with the death of Alaska. it was difficult for them, and they wanted to find answers but knew that that wasn't really an option anymore. Miles realized that he is forgiven, and needs to forgive as well.

They are all trying to figure out why she died.

The Colonel and Pudge were going to try and figure out what happened, and if she killed herself.

One night he was hanging out with Alaska and Chip and they were drinking. Alaska and Miles made out, and then she left in the middle of the night. She came back hysterical and sobbing, yelling how she messed up everything and had to leave. Miles and Chip distracted the Eagle and help her leave. The next morning there was a school meeting where they learned that Alaska had died in a car accident.

They carried out the prank and spent the next two days in the barn.

After Thanksgiving and Christmas, they all started planning a prank and pre-prank.

It’s currently Thanksgiving break and almost everyone but Alaska and Miles went home. Alaska asked Mikes to stay over break, so he did. He really wants time with Alaska and is really enjoying school. He also learned that Alaska was the one who ratted out the kids last year, which went against a lot of what Chip said Miles shouldn’t do.

Miles has a good group of friends now, and experiences new things that he didn’t think he was going to. He met Alaska’s boyfriend and went on a triple date with his friends. However, Chip and Sara ended up breaking up, Miles got a concussion at the basketball game, and ended up puking all over his date, Lara.

Everything was going pretty well until Miles got surprised by a few kids in the middle of the night. they took him to the lake, taped him up, and threw him in the water. He was fine but it made the Colonel very upset.

I met the main characters in the book, and learned about their unique personalities. I think this book with get very interesting, but I like it a lot.
