In the few chapters it talked about how Savvy's sister Calli had try outs for her cheerleading and she didn't do very well. Calli's coach told her she needs to loose weight to be a flyer on the team and that she also needs to "boost her game"

Savvy gets told by her coach that she is easy to defend, which makes her less of a threat to teams. The coach gets telling her to "boost her game" but she doesn't quite know what that means, she knows it can't be good tho.

In my book today savvy had to scrimmage in practice and while playing the point guard kept driving her left and that means she's easy to defend and her coach is trying to push her.

In the chapters today savvy made the elite U18 team as an eighth grader, when she got home and went to bed there seemed to be a emergency and savvy's aunt broke her foot.

In the first three chapters it was about chris trying out for a U16 basketball team and she met a girl names gonzo who wanted her to try out the the elite U18 team full of seniors. Both of these girls were just going into the eighth grade, but they amaze the coaches and make the team.
