I've often wondered why some people on the internet separate thoughts by long sequences of periods........like so. Apparently, these are older people emulating the way they used to write postcards! The internet lets us write informally. Postcards were informal writing pre-internet.

Can't believe I have to wait all the way to chapter 7 to read about memes! >.<
