I learned about the story of 1 of the first American athlete great on the New York about a man named Christy Mathewson.
D.O.B: August 12, 1880.
Birthplace:Factoryvill.
Height and weight:6'2 and 195 pounds.
But to me the thing that stood out to me was when he was the first New York Giant almost American to have pitched a whole game without stoping. As having this award I would think he will be known world wide.
